This seminar reiterates ethical principles and focuses on understanding ethics processes for clinical research and responsibilities for researchers. It provides practical and up-to-date guidance for completing quality ethics applications.

There are three ways you can attend the seminar:

1. Attend in-person at Perth Children's Hospital, PCH Auditorium, Level 5 (MAP)

2. Watch online from a hosted video-conference location:

  • Fiona Stanley Hospital
  • Lion's Eye Institute (QEII - LEI Staff only)
  • Royal Perth Hospital

The Research Education Program (REP) is an open access resource provided by the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS), Department of Research and is generously supported by the PCH Foundation. The Program provides valuable educational resources to support staff and students of any clinical discipline and level of experience to undertake high quality, meaningful research.

The Program includes the Research Skills Seminar Series, REDCap workshops and resources and the Clinical Audit Handbook.

The CAHS Research Education Program presents the Research Skills Seminar Series, hosted by the Child and Adolescent Health Service and supported by the Perth Children's Hospital Foundation.

We offer free, open-access learning opportunities on key topics across the research process, with comprehensive handouts including additional information and resources.
